Practical help with permissions, recovery, sharing and support.
Sign in and Health access
Sign in with Apple is required in this preview. Health permission is separate. Open More → Apple Health Access to review supported categories. An explicit meal, water or alcohol log writes only with the matching permission.
Private backup and recovery
Where available, choose private iCloud backup to save selected app-owned records and photos. It excludes Apple Health records and credentials. Review a recovery before applying it. Turning backup off keeps existing snapshots; use its separate deletion control to remove them.
Climbing and community
Shared routes, comments and images use a controlled contribution flow. Pending submissions, reports and blocking stay in protected services; approved directory content can become public through CloudKit. Publication depends on the configured preview service.
Trainer sharing
Choose a trainer and sharing scope, confirm the relationship, then use Sync Now to send selected summaries. Revoking the relationship removes access. Read the trainer-sharing explanation before enabling it.
Optional InfluxDB
More → Sync Settings contains the connection to your own server. The credential stays in Keychain and exports go directly to that destination. Its owner controls retention and deletion.
Account deletion
Use Delete Account where available and check its returned status. Pending or partial means processing is not complete. Full service completion is not verified for this preview. Contact support for unresolved requests. Apple Health, private backups and personal-server exports have separate controls.
In-app forms and screenshots
Support and suggestion forms can include an optional screenshot that you review. Remove private information first. Personal logs and Health readings are not automatically attached. If sending is unavailable or not confirmed, use email; do not assume a saved draft was delivered.

The iPhone app, Apple Watch companions and widgets are a pre-release preview. Some connected features depend on services that are still being prepared. No App Store availability or paid membership is offered here. StoreKit purchase support remains preparation for a future offering.
